  • Danny is a retired sharebroker with over 40 years experience and is  a qualified Accountant.In the past prior to his Board appointment he advised the Foundation on it's investments and has been a major supporter of the fund raising activities of the Foundation- In his retirement Danny is also on the finance and audit committee of another major not for profit organisation and is a Trustee/Director of the Non-Government Schools Super Fund

Michelle Jewels Dip of Fund Mgnt, MFIA.- Developments Events & Grants Coordinator

Michelle commenced with the Foundation in August 2004, and is the Development, Event & Grants Co-ordinator. She has completed the Diploma of Fundraising Management and is a member of the Fundraising Institute of Australia with a history of studies in bereavement care, grief and loss. Michelle liaises with supporters and corporate friends with supporting the Hospice and co-ordinates the Foundation's fundraising events and Galas. She is also responsible for Bequests, and writing grant funding and award proposals for the Foundation.


Paula Martin - Accounts & Lottery Coordinator

Paula has been with Foundation since January 2006, and is responsible for book-keeping and accountancy duties for the Foundation, including coordinating the Telethon lottery. Paula has a history of studies with Accountancy and bookkeeping, and oversees the donor database, donations and administration area. Paula also assists with our fundraising events.

Belinda Chapman- Administration Officer

Belinda commenced with the Foundation in January 2007 and is employed Part-Time. Belinda assists with administration, the processing of our donations and helps at our fundraising events.

Lyn Hendry- Administration Officer

Lyn commenced with the Foundation in July 2008 and is also employed part-time. Lyn assists with the processing of our donations and general administrative work for the Foundation.
