Sarah and Roz ‘Hold it for Hospice’ to help make a difference

It’s the generosity of people like Sarah and Roz who truly inspire us.

With their hearts of gold, the two girls gave the gift of their time to host a special yoga class for Hold it for Hospice.

Sarah, the founder of Inbody Health and Fitness and Roz a qualified yoga instructor, were the first to sign up and host a class.

"It was great to lead this class. We felt moved to have 15 people join us, to try yoga for a small donation in support of the Foundation," recalls Roz.

“I admire the work of the Foundation and loved organising this class to support Mary Potter. It only took a small donation from everyone to help make a difference. There is something special about that," says Sarah.

Sarah and Roz went above and beyond to make this class truly special and a memorable event for everyone. Participants got enjoy a yummy smoothie post class kindly donated by Purepress Juice.

Sarah encourages everyone to give fundraising a go. "Mary Potter supported me along the way to help ensure my fundraiser was a success."

Like Sarah and Roz, if you're interested in becoming a hero for hospice and hosting a fundraiser, we'd love to here from you. It doesn't have to be a yoga session - You could host a small dinner party or participate in a community fun run in memory of a loved one. Small or big - you can help make a difference.
